"Sea"

On the ground floor of our apartment house no 7 you will find a modern, maritime apartment (37qm) with a bed / living room, a separate dining room with kitchen and a large garden. This holiday home is suited for 2 adults and 2 kids. The maritime flair makes a perfect holiday feeling.

BED AND LIVING ROOM

The bed / living room is furnished to meet with a "sea ambience" and is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), a sofa and smart TV. The sofa bed (140x200cm) provides additional sleeping space for 2 persons.

DINING ROOM WITH KITCHEN

The dining room with the pantry kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishes and cooking utensils. As a little extra we offer coffee, tea, dishwashing utensils and tea towels included.And a cozy seating area offers space for the whole family.

Here you have another flat TV.

BATH

The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and towel warmer.

GARDEN

*The rates are inclusive of all extra costs for 2 guests. Bedding + towels + final cleaning are included. Only the tourist tax (2€ / night / pers.) is added extra. For long-term stays rates can be agreed on individually.

EXTRA BED

All rates refer to a booking for 2 guests per night. Additional guests (aged 4 years and older) can each be booked for an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per night. 
(children aged 0-3 years = in the bed of the parents free)

CHILDREN

For our young guests we gladly provide cots (15,00 EUR once) and highchairs (5,00 EUR once). A toy box is also available.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY
We allow a discount of 10% for occupancy of an apartment as single use.

PETS
Pets are very welcome at an extra charge of 15,00 EUR per pet per night.
